Binding strips should be four inches wide. Use a Fiskars rotary ruler for near-perfect cuts. If the fabric is too long to cut at one go, just cut what you can (match ruler & cutting mat grids for accuracy) and then scootch the fabric -- or the mat -- up or down to continue the cut; repeat as necessary.

You will need a strip about 113 inches long. Sew shorter strips together to make this mammoth. (Use a 1/2-inch seam allowance.)
Straight joins work just fine.
If you feel fancy, you can cut the fleece strip ends at 45 degrees and join them that way.
I'm not sure the 45-degree method is worth the extra fabric and hassle. The only person who will ever notice that slightly bigger seam bump is you.
